Insurance is one of those things that we know very little about, and quite frankly is not on most entrepreneurs’ priority list…that is until it is needed. These two reasons are exactly why MedHab chose to do business with Trimble-Batjer.
As a start up, MedHab needed Directors & Officers, product liability, general liability, and cyber liability to name a few. Knowing very little about these matters, Trimble-Batjer representatives, to include Peter Batjer took the time necessary to help me understand. They also took a deep dive into my business and helped me purchase the right amount of insurance while making the entire process enjoyable.
As stated earlier, insurance isn’t always high on an entrepreneurs’ radar until it is needed. This recently happened to me and now, more than ever, I know I made the right choice doing business with Trimble-Batjer. Last month, we had a fire in our San Angelo facility. Not having gone through this process before, I really didn’t know what to do, other than call my Trimble-Batjer representative. Immediately he sprang into action and briefed me on our coverage. Additionally, he met me at the facility to assess damage in an effort to better counsel me in regard to communication with the insurance carrier. In short, Trimble-Batjer demonstrated that each and every client is important.
As a start up, I realize I am a small customer. On the contrary, they made me feel like their biggest customer. One month after the fire, I am still receiving communication from Trimble-Batjer checking in to make sure things are progressing.
